Consistently good results for chamfering pipes on the construction site. With the Exact 220E pipe chamfering machine, you can produce precise chamfers in various pipe materials quickly and easily. The machine’s user interface is similar to Exact pipe saws, making it easy for the operator to adapt the pipe to any Exact pipe saw after cutting. The cutting head of the beveling machine has 3 cutting tips, each of which has 4 cutting edges that can be turned as soon as they become blunt, resulting in economical use. The cutting heads are available with the most commonly used bevel angles (30°, 37.5° and 45°). It is also possible to create different “customized” chamfer angles if required. The additional stop function allows the operator to create similar additional bevels with the same outside pipe dimension.
