Delivery and shipping costs

The shipping costs are based on the Swiss Post tariffs, tariff class PostPac Economy, PostPac Priority or free collection on site. GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH also charges a small shipping fee for administration and packaging.

The shipping costs by the forwarding company or GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH are based on the rates of the respective company.

Delivery

GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH delivers from the online store only within Switzerland and to Lichtenstein via Swiss Post with PostPac Economy and PostPac Priority or collection on site.

Articles over 30 kg

Items over 30 kg are delivered by a forwarding company. The forwarding company is contacted by GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH and commissioned with the delivery.

Delivery by GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH

Items over 30 kg are also delivered by GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH, but only within Switzerland.

On request, GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH can provide on-site instruction on the machine.

For most products, the corresponding delivery service can be selected during the ordering process.

Appointments can be made directly via GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH.

Deliveries from Switzerland to other countries

We are happy to deliver our products to you, even if your location is not in Switzerland. We can process certain items via a warehouse in Germany. If this is not possible, items up to 30 kg will be delivered by Swiss Post and items over 30 kg by a forwarding agent. As a rule, additional costs are incurred (higher shipping costs, additional fees for customs clearance and VAT)!

Orders for the EU area must always be provided with an EORI (Economic Operator’s Registration and Identification) number by the customer! You can leave this number as a message when completing the order process (under Addresses, Address tab).

Deliveries from Switzerland to other countries via Swiss Post are always sent with a tracking number.

Collection of the goods on site in Nottwil (LU)

The ordered items can only be collected on site in Nottwil (LU) by arrangement with GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH. For orders that have already been paid for, we require a valid ID or the order confirmation as security

Damaged shipments

If items are damaged, please contact the letter carrier, your post office or the carrier immediately and report the damage. Please also inform GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH of any transport damage found.

Delivery time

Items which are in stock at GF+Service+Maschinen GmbH are dispatched by post or forwarding agent immediately after receipt of the order. If advance payment has been agreed, the products will only be dispatched by post or forwarding agent after receipt of payment.

Third-party products are purchased from third-party warehouses with the corresponding delivery times of the supplier.
